The United League of Arakan/Arakan Army (ULA/AA) is a political organization engaged in an armed struggle for the national equality of all ethnic groups within the Arakan region and their liberation from the oppressive rulers, with the full support of the Arakan people. Our organization is actively working towards achieving freedom for the people of Arakan, united in their effort to free themselves from oppression.
The Arakan People's Revolutionary Government (APRG) welcomes and recognizes all foreign investments that will bring benefits to the Arakan region and assist in its development and progress. The government will take special care to ensure the security and safety of those involved in investment activities, projects, and businesses. In order to ensure the continued operation of foreign investments and projects, our organization will cooperate with the companies involved and also seeks mutually beneficial collaboration.
The Arakan Army's offensives, launched since the 13th of November, 2023, have primarily been aimed at fulfilling the aspirations of the Arakan peoples and achieving the liberation of all ethnic groups within the region. We firmly believe that our efforts also directly contribute to the liberation of the entire population of Myanmar. Furthermore, our organization will continue to stand firmly and steadfastly to ensure that the political aspirations of the entirety of Myanmar's oppressed population are realized in unison. We will also remain true brethren and friends to our ethnic brothers and sisters within Myanmar.
In recent years, under the active leadership of the People's Republic of China, our organization, along with the Kokang and Ta’ang groups, has vigorously collaborated in various sectors, including border stability between China and Myanmar, the eradication of violence, and the suppression of online gambling (Kyar Phyant). We worked tirelessly to reach the 'Haigeng Agreement’. Likewise, we always remain open to resolving the current internal issues through political means rather than military solutions.
